rooted One Day Retreat
A Fall Afternoon to Move, Breathe & Reset
Sunday, October 25 · 2:00–5:00 PM SOLD OUT
Coonamessett Farm · Hatchville, MA
$25 · Limited to 12 people
Sometimes a retreat doesn’t require traveling very far.
Join rooted Hot Yoga Falmouth for a Sunday afternoon at Coonamessett Farm designed to give us a little space from the pace of everyday life—and time to reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with one another.
We’ll begin by slowing things down with a meditation walk through the farm, allowing the sights, sounds and feeling of fall to bring us into the present moment.
From there, we’ll come together for a thoughtful yoga practice, combining movement and breath with time to settle inward.
We’ll finish the afternoon with the opportunity to experience Cape Kiln’s wood-fired sauna and cold plunge—or simply relax, enjoy the surroundings, and let the afternoon unfold at your own pace.

Relax & Renew — A Restorative Yoga & Massage Experience
Limited to just six participants, Relax & Renew is an intimate, one-of-a-kind wellness experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect.
This 90-minute journey blends deeply restorative yoga with the healing power of touch. Guided by Jess’s calming presence and clear direction, you’ll be led through supported, restful postures that gently open the body and invite the nervous system to settle. Jess leads the class and offers hands on assists.
As you rest in each pose, Carrie—a licensed massage therapist—offers a personalized 10-minute massage tailored to your needs, focusing on the area of your choice. Upon entering Carrie connects with you and tailors the massage to what you need.
This combination of stillness and touch allows tension to melt away on a deeper level, leaving you feeling grounded, supported, and renewed.
This is not about effort. It’s about letting go.
The room will be warm (not heated) to support relaxation, so please dress in comfortable layers.
